Brisbane Cycling Festival is ready to roll in 2019 and there is events for everyone, so get psyched up for your professional, amateur and public participation events and be ready to ride!
Many events will be held at Anna Meares Velodrome which underwent a major upgrade in time for the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games last year, other venues across the city will also participate over the duration of the festival.
For world class track cycling don’t miss the Six Day international and final series 12 – 14 April where you will feel the party vibe in the air whilst you experience elite track cycling.
28 March – 10 April is the Track National Championships at Anna Mears Velodrome brought to you by Cycling Australia.
12 – 14 April for the world’s best track cycling at the Six Day Brisbane Final at Anna Meares Velodrome.
Sunday 14th April – NXsports brings the National Road Series ‘Elite Men and Women The Classics’. This is Australia’s premier domestic road racing series where elite women’s and men’s teams will compete across the streets of Brisbane City for the first time at the National Road Series.
Sunday 14th April – Tour De Brisbane, this city-wide event is a community event welcoming elite riders, weekend riders, families and kids to ride along side one another to showcase Brisbane as an international cycling city and destination. The event is a fundraiser, and is also part of a large international series ‘UCI Gran Fondo World Series’. The primary focus is for the community to come together to enjoy the scenic city of Brisbane by bicycle.
